Mick Connolly is an award winning shooter ( Australian Car Photographer of the Year , Agfa Expressions National portrait prize ) and freelance writer ( Australian Photography mag, Capture mag, Digital Photography International webzine and Ozbike mag).
His client list includes Mobil, Sothebys, Chadwicks, Viviens models, AFTRS , Bausch and Lomb and Vivian Chan Shaw.
His images have appeared in the Bulletin, the Sun Herald , Vogue living, Qantas Inflight, the Adelaide magazine, Ragtrader, Prophoto mag and nearly every motorcycle magazine from American Easyriders to Australias Two Wheels .
Mick is currently based in Chiang Mai and is available for portraits , weddings and guided photo tours. He has taught at the International College of Professional Photography in North Sydney and has also run workshops for L and P photographics, the Workshop Arts Centre , Studio 2000
( Adelaide), Kuringai Municipal council and Willoughby Park centre.
" Ultimately I would like to open a non profit centre for photography in Thailand . I would train and showcase their best undiscovered students from impoverished and rural backgrounds. English language , basic computer training, Photoshop skills and studio lighting are the key areas I will target."
