I don’t know if it’s still current, haven’t been for a few years but ministry of information phone 6664600 I think 01 at the end works as well and the fax number I have is 6620052. Hope it helps. I know it’s the weekend but in London theres a group callled, I think the Syrian human rights council or watch and they should be able to help you with numbers and stuff, good luck P
