I am a broadcast journalist who has lived predominantly in Asia for the past 15 years. Most recently, I was South Asia correspondent for VOA.

I am currently involved in the development of a multimedia web-magazine, to be called DISPATCHES.

Dominican Rep to Haiti: Are the roads ope?

Hello All – friends of mine in the aid-community and some of my fellow journos want to CONFIRM whether the roads between Santo Domingo and Port-au-Prince are passable, of if they’ve been damaged too badly in the earthquake.

Would someone please post any solid information. Thank you.
