Need a room or guest house in Amman, Beirut, Damascus

Greetings, Am heading to the Middle East to work on the Hidden In Plain Sight Benefit for Iraqi and Palestinian Refugees and If anyone could suggest or advise on a room or inexpensive guesthouse in Amman, (July 13-26), Beirut (July 26-Aug 8) and Damascus (Aug 8-22nd) I would be really grateful. The dates are not set in stone, and are somewhat flexible. I know Lebanon is really expensive these days so if any of you out there have any ideas, please pass them along…Thanks for your help.

In damascus head for the christian quarter behind the Suq for nice gueshouses and restaurants. In Beirut there are some ok places near the american university. Cant really give any specifik names.

Have a really nice trip- especially Damascus is such a great place!
