Need Help with Arabic

The following site is hotlinking two of my Venice images.

I would like to know how I can get in touch with them so that I can ask them to show the hotlinked images with links to my web site.

it’s an arabic general forum seemingly operated by a guy called Kahlid Aldoseri in Manama Bahrain (address is a pobox)

he lists his email as khalid@aldoseri.com

and a tel as +973-17536101
