Need info and contacts in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

Does anyone have any contacts around Atitlan? I’m headed there for a wedding of all things, but I’ve been to the area before and fell in love with it. It’s also been buried by a mudslide since i was there. i’m wondering if anyone could update me on what life has been like in the villages that got hit and/or other current relevant social issues. i’m not there for long which is going to pain me, but i want to do as much documentary work, whatever that may be, while i can. i’d need someone to help get me around, get me in touch with people and also translate. i’m there the first week of april.
