Neil is a photographer, filmmaker, cinematographer and visual artist. He made successful crossovers in his documentary photography, film, video and new media as he integrates them with theater and live performance. Even as his work in Philippine mainstream filmmaking has received critical acclaim and awards from art critics and the journalistic community he has always been challenged and inspired by how his art can intersect with other forms and the possibility that these experimentation can offer.
