Besides luck, Erica, my guess is that they will need a lot of help…..maybe some of the local LS could volunteer to do some of the grunt work that helps makes these things go? Its right in your backyard. This is a chance to get to see how things work and make some new friends, which is going to help a career more than posting on LS for example.
