News Portal website with photography basic

here is link of Indonesia news portal with photographic basic http://www.portaltiga.com on website with 80 percent photos and 20 percent news letter, i starting with USD 50 to build this portal, after soft launch still in progress build of content, in first edition with Indonesia language, hope after 3 month have in english edition,
