Newswear chestvest - which size?

Hi, after a lot of research I decided to buy a newswear chestvest. I want to use it mostly at events, demonstrations etc.

But I am not sure what size should I buy.
I want to carry:
Nikon D3 one body
14-24
24-70 prefere with hood
70-200/2,8 VR, prefere with hood
50mm
Speedlight SB 800
soundrecorder
cf cards, and some other small accesories.

I would prefer to have D3 with one lens attached in hands, while other gear in chestwest. That’s why I think that the large size is too big for me.

Which size would you sugest?
thanks in advance

Tomas I ordered mine three times before deciding on the standard medium. I am 6ft 77kg… I then went on to flog it for nearly nothing on ebay as I bought the belt with bags/pouches which can go on the waist or can be slung from one arm or over the neck and under one arm…..far COOLER! The vest is too restrictive, tight and Hot very hot AND you get loads of second looks….lets face it you look like a bomber in it.

I have been to Wien today to try them out.
I found that medium size fits my needs best.Documentary is small for 70-200/2,8 and digital is too big.
So I will order the black one.

Anton I don’t like the belt system.Cant sit with it and so on.I know that it can look like a bomber, but in my country nobody expect that and on demonstrations I heard many PJs preferred chestvest.Anyway, thanks for opinion.
