About
Welcome to my profile. No animals were harmed during its production. Although I believe I was eating a cheeseburger while writing it. I in no way harmed that animal either as it was already dead way before we met. I’ve been shooting since 1982 when I stumbled into a photography class in High School. Although I was kicked out of Mr. Palachecks class for smoking in the dark room, I continued on in private. Books from the library and manuals from various cameras were my teacher, mentor and instructor. I managed to catch on fairly quick and bought my first “Significant” camera while stationed at Ft. Knox Kentucky in 1985. I shot on and off for years not taking it too seriously until around 2004. I applied for a stringer position at a local paper (North County Times) and was given a chance to go “Pro”. Since then I’ve managed to hold my own and have done quite well. I now run a company called The Image Group Photography and it seems to be taking off. I still have a long way to go and quite a bit of room for improvement. I’m always open for suggestions tips and of course WORK so if you have any… please feel free to contact me. Thanks for reading my boring profile and again no animals were harmed during it’s production… except another cheeseburger from the already dead before I met it animal!
