Hailing from a cinematography background, presently focussed on still photography and documentary.Extensively traveled within India.Areas covered include the Indo-china border to naxalite infested areas of Bihar and Orissa.The idea behind my work is to bring out the simplicity of life and land.Documentation for me is not limited to bring hard hitting facts.My imagery include a wide array of emotions involved with them. It is bordering between humour and sadness.The tones, colours and depth convey a mundane unobserved setting in a poetic form.there is metaphorical contexts that can be drawn from my imagery.There is similie like comparisions between the elements within the created imagery.
