Noise Ninja ... is this the best or are there other options?

I hate Noize and now Im going to do something about it!!!
I hear Noize Ninja but is it a true ninja!
Any input will help here.

Joel, I am totally sold on Noiseware Pro and I shoot a lot at 3200 iso.
