I wish I could but I’ll be babysitting while my wife attends a conference in Krakow. Otherwise I’d have actually entered the thing.

Next year, perhaps. Though I’ll no longer be a New Yorker.

Mr. Evers: FYI, volunteer@nyphotofestival.com, which is the address given where people can return their volunteer checklist & application form, bounces messages back. So I emailed mine at anna@nyphotofestival.com. I hope my application eventually makes it to the right “table” as I’m looking forward to learning a lot from the NYPF as a volunteer.

The world is coming to New York for this event! Sorry that we won’t see you. Definitely next year. We are already planning for that (May 2009).
