Notes:
The Picture Archive Council of America (PACA) has a web page with a list of properties and objects which may cause problems for photographers – mostly because they are covered by trademark or contract ( the terms under which photographers would be allowed on the property).

It’s not a complete list, and PACA has no position as to whether the commercial or editorial use of such photographs violate any applicable laws, but the list is intended as an advisory for photographers to seek clarification to determine if permission is required.
