Paroma engaged in photography as a career in 2005 with the Indian Express, Bombay and then moved to Delhi with the same newspaper in 2007. She has covered a variety of news events from the Bombay train blasts, fashion weeks and cricket tournaments to the Delhi state elections and its first ever queer pride march in 2008. She joined Time Out in 2009 and now works as Chief Photographer at the Delhi bureau.
