I first fell in love with photography at 13 years old. My photos reflect the love  that I have for each image that I see. Its true love, it’s pure love.

Pavan Carter has been a freelance photographer for over 20 years. She specializes in fine art, children’s portraits, commercial art, street photgraphy and much more.  Her photo’s have been exhibited around Brooklyn, New York and published in several magazines.
