pictures from the Gaza Border
|
here's part of my ongoing work about Israel's perception of war in Gaza. unable to get inside the conflict, like all the foreign journalists, I'm tryng to give an idea of what seems to me one of the most interesting aspects of the war seen by outside.
this work has been already published this week on L'Espresso magazine and Internazionale.
here's the link:

I'm waiting for comments and critics by LS community, and I'm available for assignments here in Israel for the next weeks. hoping that this 'fragile' ceasefire will go on.

Hey Eduardo
Images look good.. Great tie in’s. Good luck there. Israel is a magical place. I am married to an Israeli girl. I have been there many times. I look forward to seeing more..

Wow, Eduardo! #1 and 8 are my fav. #1 is such a great/startling way to start out the series. stay safe!

… I am wondering whether this was an Israeli strategy: denying journalists’ access to Gaza and have them covering the ‘Israeli side’ of the war. Eight deaths in 2008 (15 since the qassam attacks started in 2001) and scores ‘treated for shock’.
