581 I am looking for a female professional or full time student with a steady income to share beautiful two-bedroom apartment in downtown Jersey City. I am looking for someone who has a similar schedule to mine and works 5 days a week. I work out of home. I often spend my evenings out. The living room is shared as well as kitchen. Apt. is sunny, beautiful in very friendly and safe neighborhood. I travel often and for the first two and a half months I will be away. Amenities include: Furnished room with great new bed, dresser, chair and two closets. Grocery store and Laundromat one block away. Very close to restaurants; nice, cheap ethnic restaurants in neighborhood. Excellent public transportation (very fast and easy -- and cheap -- commute To both Midtown and Downtown Manhattan). Two blocks from gorgeous Van Worst Park. Club H, a fab fitness gym is near transportation. No smoking allowed. I have two little dogs that live with me every other month, I would like someone who's either likes dogs or loves two well-trained sweet little dogs and non shedders. No other dogs available. You can move in on August 17 or September 1st, depending on your schedule. I leave on my business trip on August 17th. If you move in on this date, you must pay per diem until the first of September and then the rent. First month's rent and $850, security deposit required to move in.
