“By submitting an entry, the entrant retains ownership in the copyright and all rights to use the photo entry, but the entrant grants the Adaptation Fund a nonexclusive, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, display, or distribute the entry for non-commercial purposes (promotion, public display, informational, educational or awareness purposes) with attribution , and to make derivative works based upon the entry or a substantial portion of the entry without need for attribution and, in all uses herein, without prior permission. All entries become the property of the Adaptation Fund and will not be returned.”
