581 For anyone passing through AD en route to Kabul, the Afghan embassy (which does not list its physical address online seemingly anywhere) has moved from downtown. It is way on the outskirts of town across the street from the mega wedge-shaped US embassy. The good news is they are still charging $30 in their shiny new digs (as opposed to $100 in LA and NYC).
