Great stuff. I’m going to be working in Afghanistan later this summer, doing video with the 5D Mii as well, and was wondering what external audio equipment people have been using for the camera on embeds/in the field. There seem to be several options at this pointâ€”each having their pros/cons.

I’ll be in the states before my trip, and will be buying one of the several options available. Anybody feel like sharing their experiences thus far?
