aim online status indicator

sweet people,
does anyone can tell me what “AIM ON LINE STATUS INDICATOR MEANS”, this curious little white square with a red thing inside looks like a medical advertising, is it dangerous to have it several times?

Idalina, eso indica que estás conectada con el mensajero de AOL (Aol Instant Messeger) y por lo tanto podés chatear.
