Anyone having compatibility issues with cs5?

Hi all

Has anone been running cs5 Lion OS with problems? I have just upgraded to a new mac and was told there are compatibility problems. Been told to upgrade to cs5.5 I have already upgraded from 4 and now I have to pay again.

Any suggestions much appreciated. I am not very tech minded. It does make you wonder why people purchase pirate software when they keep ripping of the customer.
