[Australia] photojournalist job at "Kalgoorlie Miner"

The Kalgoorlie Miner, Western Australia’s only daily regional newspaper, is looking for a full-time photographer to join its busy newsroom.


The successful applicant will have a working knowledge of digital photography and Photoshop.


Experience in newspaper work is preferred.


The person we’re looking for must be reliable, capable of working to tight deadlines, and be a friendly ambassador for the newspaper while out on assignments.


The flexible roster will include some late nights and weekend work. A valid WA driver’s licence is essential.


Kalgoorlie is home to more than 30,000 residents and has excellent recreational and sporting attractions that would appeal to singles and families. It is a fast-paced, fascinating place full of amazing history and unique locations.
