A very nice lady from Barcelona is coming to NYC this August 7th thru September 4th, and would like to do an exchange; her apartment in the Gracia section of Barcelona for someone’s apt. here in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

60 square meters, one double bedroom, living room, kitchen, one bathroom
and dressroom. And a very nice terrace! Very sunny and mediterranean.
Located in Manuel Angelón street, a very quiet street at 25 m from Padua
Metro Station
