Bikram Yoga LES - NYC

Hi, for the yogis in tha house:

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the Lower East Side Bikram Studio (in new york city) is extending its discount rate to Lightstalkers members.

To verify your membership, bring a print out of your profile page (the one with the ID photo).

For those unfamiliar, Bikram AKA “hot yoga” is a version of hatha yoga practiced in a heated room. For the yoga – phobic, there’s no chanting, no incense, no headstands.

It’s really effective for repairing all the damage we do to our backs and knees, hauling overloaded backpacks, contantly sleeping in planes or jeeps, etc. It’s also pretty good training for summer in Iraq.
