My room at Ben’s Steuben Street loft is up for sublet again, as I will stick around Baghdad a little longer.
Nice room in 2 levels. Includes all utilities, Big nice color and b/w lab, laundry, WIFI dsl, space to work. For folks who are interested in a work/live scene. Near everything in Clinton Hill/Fort Greene neighborhood, Brooklyn, 15/20min to Manhattan.
