Border Area Indonesia-Timor Leste

Hi everybody, I’m planning to photographs some stuffs as my personal project in between March-April 2009 at the border of Indonesia-Timor Leste,in Atambua or Amfoang, NTT. Does any one who have ever gone there, have any advice how’s the condition down there? or you have any reference of a person who could guide me there or any information relating to that places, are very welcome, Thank you very much.
