Auction Notes
• Please leave name and phone number with your bid. In the event the highest bidder cannot be reached within two (2) business days, winning bid will be forfeited and next highest bidder will be selected.
• All bids are binding and sales are final
• Silent auction works may be released to the buyer at the end of the evening once payment is made
• Silent auction pieces may be shipped following the event upon request. Silent auction bidders are responsible for the additional shipping and handling costs, ranging from $20 upward-depending on delivery location and artwork size. Arrangements for shipping must be made within two (2) business days of the auction by emailing events@bronxdoc.org. 
• All proceeds from auction benefit Bronx Documentary Center
