Call for Submissions: The Appalachian Photographers Project

The Appalachian Photographers Project showcases the work of emerging and established photographers who work or live in the area and have created a significant focused body of work. The APP region encompasses nine states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. We are accepting submissions through April 15th, 2009 for consideration to be added to the project. Work must be made in our listed states or by those living in those states. Send 20 jpgs (72ppi, 600 pixels high), a short bio, an artist statement, state of affiliation, website address, and contact info to APPSubmissions@gmail.com.
