435 Hi. One of my 20D is out of commission. It gives me "Error CF" message and does not fire. It fires when I take the card out. I used several different cards and lenses on them but same results. I have another 20D, and all the cards and lenses I tested with works fine on the other body. I tried to format the card, but when I do that, I get "Error 99." I tried to reload the firmware (I have 1.1), the camera doesn't even recognize the card. I wonder if anyone has suggestions... I am in Congo... so I cannot fedex it to Canon to get it repaired.....
