KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Required Hard Editorial Sales record - this is not a middle management role. Proven Record setting and exceeding sales targets Experience with Contracts and Legals Experience negotiating prices and price-matrices Deep Understanding of news photography - how it works, what makes it great, and where it sells. Wide contacts in the industry Bonus Foreign languages Deep industry contacts outside the UK (US, EU, Asia, South America, etc...) Tech understanding MONEY We are a startup, with the advantages and disadvantages that entails. We have budgeted between £30,000 - £35,000 for this position, where you fall on that scale will depend on your experience, and on your interest in an equity stake in Demotix, which will be part of the package.
