The OPC in New York City launches dispatches in the U.S. with drinks and a discussion: dispatches: Between Gutenberg and Google. Veteran journalists will focus on how we can better report a dangerous new world—in words and pictures—within human contexts and a historical continuum. Panelists will include the legendary New York Times war correspondent John Kifner; OPC member Rod Nordland, chief foreign correspondent for Newsweek; Noor photo agency’s Yuri Kozyrev; along with dispatches co-editors Mort Rosenblum and Gary Knight. Antonin Kratochvil, Jamie Tarabay, and Keith Richburg will also be with us.
Please RSVP to sonya(at)opcofamerica.org (details below).
