Domestic Flights
|
Anybody know if , a person who has been in US for longer than the visa allows , can make a domestic flight without have its ass deported?
Some people say they just check the name on the passport to see if you are the person who bought the ticket , but no one has a solid answer for this…

If you’re caught and deported, not only will it be an exhausting, time-wasting and potentially humiliating process, but you may not be able to return to the US for a very long time. It’s probably safer to pay any fines beforehand and try to extend your visa first.
I don’t have first-hand knowledge of the matter however.
