end-of-file: what the hell does that mean???

This error keeps coming up when using Photoshop CS to try and open my D70 RAW/NEF file. “could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encounted” what the hell does that mean???

Patrick, sounds like your file is corrupt. . .do you have a copy still in your memory card?

also, you should try the Lexar software to rescue images from your card. . .it might be able to fix the file while "rescuing" it

Hi Paddy, In case you still have a problem with your Lexar cards I had to return 3 of the little bleeders cos they were from a dodgy batch and I had loads of problems with corrupt images that only showed up when trying to open them in Photoshop. Check the Lexar web site to see the codes affected. Hope all is well buddy. Mark
