“The Herald has a rich tradition of photojournalism that stretches back nearly four decades. The Saturday Feature, our weekly vehicle for in-depth photo reporting, turned 35-years-old recently and is proof of our unwavering dedication to the use of photography to tell stories.
“The chief photographer not only oversees and manages scheduling for our three-person staff, but also photographs daily and long-term stories, helps edit and layout projects and assists in hiring and training our interns.
