Thanks Ethan! In answer, no i didn’t do the voiceover – we had ABC’s Jeremy Fernandez do a really brilliant read for us…. horses for courses I say! Jeremy’s voice is really great for long form… so deep and round… And yeah maybe we could have paused a little more on some stills, but we were really working to try and roll smoothly between photo and video in this piece, you know work the threshold between the two… will think about your feedback for next time!

It’s nice to see that there are s few journalists still working on projects about Iraq and Iraqis, even though it’s not the “big story” any longer.
