Fixer Dominican Republic

I just visited the Dominican Republic and worked with a great Fixer and just wanted to spread the word. Carlos speaks perfect English and has lived in Switzerland and New York. He’s knowledge and sense of the streets in Puerto Plata allowed me to work in places where I probably could not have by myself, from a safety perspective.
