Hi, I found the name and phone number for my fixer. It’s Balina, her phone is (or was?) 011 355 692 038449; she’s terrific. As I recall, she was working full time as a tv reporter and doing fixing on the side. She knew all the VIPs in Tirana and was good at arranging logistics, speaks perfect English.
