Fixer in Lagos, Nigeria

anyone know of a good fixer in Lagos, Nigeria?
I am travelling in late November together with a journalist, we plan to stay for 3 weeks.
We will be doing a multimedia-story about Nollywood, the Nigerian filmindustry.
I am also in search of a hotel, which has a reasonable security and not is to expensive, since we have a limited budget?!
