Fixer in Xinjiang, China?

Hi there,

I am looking for a local fixer in the Xinjiang region of China for a piece I am doing on the Uyghurs and Kazakhs of China. I will be there from March for about 4 weeks. Does anyone know of any reliable contacts in the region?
