Nelson: +278 / 739112252. last thing I remember the going rate was between 100 and 125usd and if you need 5 days you might get away with something like 500 usd. he works at the star doing security over there and helps out visiting journos on the side. I’ve worked with him and I know two other people that use him all the time. if you need to rent a vehicle, try abba cars in the LS resources, pretty cheap but reliable guys.
