Fixer/translator for Bangkok

I’m looking for a fixer in Bangkok with connections/knowledge on the transgender community, gender reassignment surgeries, medical tourism, and/or LGBT orgs and movements in Thailand.

Ideally, the fixer could also serve as a translator. I will be traveling to Thailand from Nov. 1- 20.
