581 I came up with this snoot design a while back (though I have nothing against cardboard and tape.) I found this design gave me options with length, light fall-off…and gear padding…that other designs don’t offer. <p>I filed for a patent and gave prototypes to a few friends who shoot for papers in Colorado and Florida. Their responses ranged from positive to enthusiastic, as were the responses from the retailers I showed it to. I decided this might be worth marketing.
