431 I would like to post the problem in order to make people understand the particular situation which Italians facing. I have the reason to believe that Italy has emerged in a danger and delicate situation due the control of Media of the prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. I dont think we can do much at the moment , but is still worth to make you aware and perhaps start to see italy in a different way from the usual way (Although we never occupied a place in History as a serious country). Italy , according to the ranking of Reporters Sans Frontier is only on the 53rd position in the world, here the note who explain the particular situation of Italy : <<European Union gets good rankings, except Italy and Spain. Italy received a poor ranking (53rd) compared with the other European Union countries for the second year running. Silvio Berlusconi's conflict of interests as head of government and owner of a media empire is still unresolved. Furthermore, a draft law to reform radio and TV broadcasting, tailored to Berlusconi's interests, is likely to increase the threats to news diversity in Italy.>> Especially in the last period the situation got worse.
