  <body>Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs offers funding for artists for the 2010 CityArtist Project.

Purpose: To support the development and presentation of work created by Seattle-based, independent artists.  Projects may be new or works-in-progress.  All projects must include a public presentation in Seattle.  The Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs supports a broad range of artistic and cultural expression reflecting Seattle's diversity. 

Funding: Anywhere from $1,500 to $15,000.

Eligible Disciplines: Literary (except play scripts), Media Arts, and Visual Arts. Traditional/Ethnic and Multi-disciplinary projects are always welcomed, so long as a primary art form is one of the eligible disciplines listed.
