Hi Brian,
Good to here you are well and here is a link http://gpo.gov.il/English/Connect/Pages/ContactUs.aspx
Also this might help

Zouheir and I are working from both sides of the war…
In order to get to Gaza you’ll have to get a press pass from the Israel Government Press office. They usually demand to see some affiliation to a known news media outlet – newspaper, magazine or news department.
The service we offer is for one of our fixers to pick you up from the airport (or from your hotel in Israel), get the GPO card sorted out and coordinate your quick entrance to Gaza through the Erez checkpoint during its opening hours, which vary every day.
Cost is $400 fixer day rate + $150 transport. Protective kit of bullet-proof vest and helmet is $60 per day.

The checkpoint was open today after two days of closure. There is some fighting in the area between the checkpoint and Gaza City, so I guess the opening hours will be short and rapid in the next couple of days, but it should be easier after that.

Best regards,
