Health & Travel Insurance?

Hi all!  

After looking thru the Resources section and finding that wonderful list of Insurance providers, I would like to get some feedback from the group before calling a bunch randomly. 

Who do you all use?  Why?  How much does it cost a month?  What do they cover?  Do they cover evacuations, emergencies, etc?  How easy are they to work with?  Good customer care/service? 

I will be moving to China in about 3.5 months and will be living there for at least a year for a little background info.
