holy week in jerusalem

I’m in israel for my own project to document holy week.

Currently I’m trying to get all the paperwork done to get the right permissions. the Franciscans and Greek Orthodox are fine with me. But the Armenian Orthodox are looking for 100USD/day/site (more for the Holy Fire and Palm Sunday).

Is this normal? Is there a way around this (ie. latch onto a group)?
